transmission issues?

For the last few weeks on the freeway i go to put a little fuel to it, i can feel like a bumping/hesitation , if i push harder on the skinny pedal it goes away.
It has happened enough for me to pull the hydra and do some test driving, will work on that today as i need to work across town!
I have watched my RPMs i see nothing bouncing there , i feel something just have not nailed it down yet.I'll drive if for a couple of days and see what i find, no transmission codes , still have persistent codes for other issues, including ICP to high or lower then expected, Maybe a fuel delivery issue, but it does seem more prominent than before!
OMG what a dog after drive with the Hydra for several months LOL

You might want to take a look at the TPS output, It might be going out on you.

I believe he was suggesting to watch the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) PID via your scantool when the truck is having an issue. This should be quite easy to set up.

We can help you out if you run into problems though.

I would start checking the TPS without the truck running.

I am hopefully going to get a minute to check this out today, daily driver lots of work to do!
Oddly enough i have been experimenting with it , seems most likely a tps issue, certain position seems apparent!
want to check out fuel pressure as well

So have some time to check a few things

fuel pressure is only 30 psi

think I am going to just put a new fuel pump in have already done the hutch harpoon mod, pump is probably weak from god only knows how long they ran it with screens clogged!

Fuel pressure regulator is also suspect. Just keep that in mind if the pump doesn’t fix it.

JAson i pulled the fpr apart and cleaned it up , put it back in and am not getting 100+ psi, a little concerned honestly, is that t much FP?

But checked it with 2 gauges and they both confirmed each other!

Testing off the back of the fuel bowl!

If getting high pressure now then you probably do not have the spring seated correctly in the FPR. If the spring rides up inside the cover it will overpressure.

funny you say that, i was wondering if it set right and that's what the pressure is so high, It's been cold and windy here and going to get worse tomorrow, but i will brave the elements to check that out, as im sure to much pressure is not a good thing either
