Usually that's a code that pops up when you disconnect the batteries. Takes a while to clear.
If you haven't messed with your batteries it also come up when you lose power to pcm, like unplugging it to add a chip, but even then you should have unhooked the batteries first.
And in my case, it happened when my fuel bowl heater went bad, so I also run it unplugged for the past 3 years or more
