Will i have any electrical/PCM issues if i disconnect the batteries overnight on my 2000 F350 4x4 and reconnect them in the morning?

You'll have to reprogram all your radio buttons and any other memory presets you may have on your truck, but it won't affect how your engine runs.

Yes, but you will get a P0603 (I believe that's the number), but that's a soft code that won't set the light. That code will go away by itself since it just represents a bad battery connection, or in your case disconnected batteries.

Do you have a certain code you're trying to get rid of, or are you just trying to start fresh in your diagnosis?
