Fram... Ya, I stopped using that brand when I was a teenager.

Unless there is a noticeable difference with the Triax, I still have plans of going with TSC Travelers 15w40 since they all have the Volvo VDS 4.5 certification which is what Triax strives for in their formulas. Time will tell...

I am not an engineer, I am not a paid sponsor of Ford, Volvo, TSC, Rotella, Triax or any other company. So, I may be talking out of my rear end here, but all I have to go off of is what Ford, TSC and Volvo say when discussing Travelers or Triax products. I am good at paying attention to detail, reading, retaining knowledge and Google-Fu. I am not saying you are wrong, in fact, maybe you are the first one that is right!
The latest WSS-M2C-171-F1 listing is available here: Diesel Motor Oils Meeting WSS-M2C171-F1
As of 1/19/2021, on page 11, Traveler 15w40 Tractor Supply Company appears. I have highlighted it in the image below.
As of 3/5/2021 on the Tractor Supply Company website, the Travelers 15w40 "pail" has the following certifications noted for it. I have circled the Ford WS and Volvo certifications in red. I would also like to point out, that this is a "pail" of oil as described by 1-800-CAL-LWES (running joke created by ESwift about me being too weak and uncoordinated to lift a 5 gallon pail) and NOT a bucket.
Again, not to say you may have missed the information you were looking for on the bottle, but maybe you are the first to see it wasn't there. Why wasn't it there? Perhaps they have stopped printing it on the bottle, which is unlikely. Perhaps you saw some old stock, we know that happens still based on another recent oil thread. Perhaps Travelers fell off both certifications lists, but I see that as unlikely as well in my unscientific method of analyzing the details. I am very interested to see what you find, or don't find for that matter.
Recently I looked into the Volvo VDS 4.5 certification as to why it was considered the gold standard within Triax. Frankly, I had never heard of it until it was brought up in this thread or another Triax oil thread, I don't remember that detail...
It is very difficult to find information about certifications and 3rd party analysis if you are not embedded in the industry. I gave up after a while because I had other tasks to accomplish in the end, the Volvo VDS 4.5 doesn't make any difference to me, so I went along with the link that Triax provided to a friend of mine named Jake (FTE name Khan).
Using the link that Triax provided to Jake and Jake shared with us a while back, I was able to easily manipulate the certifications in order to place them in an easy to read format, as you can see below.

Again, I look forward to what you find and show us as details are what sets things apart or outside... Don't get lost in the details, just pay attention to them... I try, but don't always succeed...
Thanks again sir.
