Slow weekend for my family this weekend. We did take a quick road trip to Louisville and had lunch at a Cuban restaurant. Great food and service, beautiful weather, highway was meh. Took the scenic way back du to an accident. We watched football yesterday and had a birthday dinner for my wife's mom. Hope everyone's weekend was fun and didn't cost them too much money.

John I never was at the firehouse. I did a year at Childrens, then came back across the river. At one of the big three in NKY. I have been there going on six years now. Brighton Truck... think I have passed it a few times. My house is more Richwood then Walton, just the way the post office zoned it I guess.
I-71 is not a good road. I-65 from Louisville to E-town is a lot worse.The left lane when heading south ain't too bad, but you get a lot of fingers when you sit over there for any length of time and are just running the speed limit!

Sensational Saturday morning Kentucky and crew. It has been a very busy week at the Sammich Factory for a un-retired old fart! LOL Today I hope to slack as much as the wife will let me but she has a task list already made out so I may be on the Honey Do schedule today. We had a couple of heave frost this week Not much yesterday and this morning was pretty light. Started the cay at 0630 at 25°. the sun is up, bright and warm and the temperature has made 38° so far. The soothsayers say in the 50's today and we will see how close their crystal ball prediction comes.

Joyous Sunday morning Kentucky and crew. Hope Ma nature is being as kind to you today as the is us. Started at 26° and now bright warm sun and 44°. If it is like yesterday we will be in the low 60's later today.
We are just now getting a good color change because we were so worm through October.

Wondrous Weekend Eve Kentucky and crew. If you have anything outside that needs done, it looks like today is the last good day to get-r-done. Beautiful blue sky with bright warm sun but only about 55°. After the sun sets today we are back to Fall with, they say rain and white sheet mix and in the 40's for the next week.

Sensational Saturday morning Kentucky and all the crew. Yesterday was a beautiful day this side the border and I hope Ma Nature gave you the same. But after sunset and about midnight the rains moved in and the temperature went from 60° to 53°. The good news is the flurries didn't happen and the rain has moved east - I sent it to Jim and Evan in VA and to Bud and Shaun in Maryland! All the Soothsayers say overcast all day but I see the sun beaming through the window.
