It's been wet, that's for sure.
Last Sunday a guy got a picture of a black bear 2 miles from my house! I know bears are known to roam, usually males, in the Spring. But I figured, if there's one up here this time of the year, it's living up here. According to the Ky Dept of Fish and Wildlife, Fleming and Lewis Counties is the closest counties they are known to be living.

Sensational Saturday morning Kentucky and crew and I see everyone survived the Christmas madness and New Year Partying. We did as well and nay 2021 be a far better years then 2020 which I hope burns in Hell for eternity.
As for bears, they can live in an area for years and not really be seen. I have lived in this house for 27 years and we are pretty active in the outdoors. We have seen signs and others have seen them but no one has had a problem. I have yet to see one here in 27 years!
