Good grief, the simple answer to this is, buy a battery and install it yourself! Took me all of 5 minutes in my 2016 F150 XLT Sport 4X4! The switch, from taking the last cable off, to having the other in it's place and hooked up was about 30 seconds, and I didn't loose any radio stations, or any other issues....as if the truck had no idea it was changed! I did buy mine at a Ford dealer (another Motorcraft battery, with more crank-amps, but similar sizing) and it fit in perfectly!
When I got home...just to be on the safe side, I put my battery charger on it, to bring it right up to 100%, which only took a few hours while parked, albeit I'm unsure how necessary that is.
Anyway, a simple job for those wanting to do it themselves!
I did the same, maybe a few minutes between batteries and same result. Also did not lose any radio or satellite presets. No data at all lost.
Did anyone have weird symptoms with their lights before their battery want bad? My wifes 17 Exp had issues with lights today, blinkers flashed faster, headlights did not turn on and other weird things. Thanks.

No such symptoms for me.
The symptoms I experienced were door locking issues with the button on the handle or with the remote and hard/labored engine starting.
My battery died suddenly on a Saturday a few months back and I replaced it the same day.
Great information here.
I made a change in Forscan and it said my battery voltage was 8 volts, truck started and ran fine so I wasn't sure what the deal was, I hooked up the charger, without knowing all of this info, have been wondering if one battery is going or if Forscan is not working properly. I almost went to get 2 new batteries yesterday but got tied up with a few IPA's so it got put on the backburner. Guess it's good to know the BMS can be reset with Forscan.
Off topic, maybe and don't want to hijack the thread, but if my batteries are weak could that cause an occasional delay in shifting the transmission into reverse (only), this has happened twice recently. I do know my batteries are coming up on 5 years old.
Lastly, when calling around, I inquired with Interstate, the guy told me because diesels run so hot they recommend not going with anything over 750 CCA, I found his comment to be a bit odd.
At the last service, the dealer told me my battery tested good. I had used an AGM friendly charger. But it never came back up to the point where the auto start would work. So, being cheap, I passed on the $130 quote for a new MC battery.
Yesterday, after sittiing a week (or two?) it wouldn't even turn the engine over. $224 later, I have an O'Really premium AGM battery. I had the other battery out for over a hour. I lost nothing as far as presets and the link to my phone, trip meters etc. I did have to reset the time.
Also, the central display used to have a dark background. Now it is a "white" background. And, I think my DRL turn off in park. Auto start is back. Idle and running seemed to smooth out after a few minutes running when I first fired it up.
The battery life setting worries me a bit. I will ask about that with the next service.
Otherwise, it's an easy battery to replace. The retention "wedge" is easy, the terminal connections actually appear to have been made with service in mind.
My truck was built in Nov '16, sold in July '17. So figure that battery was probably a month or two old at assembly time. Short of 4 1/2 years. Not a record for battery life or death.
