Steering wheel controls inop

Good day all, have a 2016 Lariat with 60K, got in the truck Saturday and notice the horn and none of the buttons on the steering wheel work and the air bag indicator stays on. I have checked all the fuses and as many wiring connectors as I can get to under the dash, any suggestions on where to look next, or is this dealer time due to the air bag indicator.

If you turn the steering wheel, can you get the horn to blow as you turn it? It is possible the clock spring is bad or has bad spots.

Thanks, appreciate the info, based on google-fu search, the clock spring seems to be the issue, will try when I get home next week.
