1978 bronco Custom.....Anyone have an idea if this rear seat is the original design? 1978 interior code per marti report AZ1-saddle vinyl custom buckets.
paint code HM- dark brown metallic/ Wimbledon white center
I know the fronts are not correct
I sent everything to SMS fabric and they sent back what they believe to be the correct vinyl (which matches what I have in my original green custom bought from the original owner in terms of design.
the rear looks original and I like the 2 tone with comfort weave just curious if it is correct, I have recently seen a couple of current pictures with brown Broncos That have the same rear seat.
Rear seat should be original. I'm thinking drivers door. Does either door match the headliner? I can't really remember what they used for the headliner.
My all brown bronco custom has a white headliner, and the same az1 saddle interior code with saddle insets as well. Not two tone paint though if that matters.
Headliner is missing... So the rear is factory it seems. Excellent I like that much better. Headliner in white makes sense as the visors look original and in white color.
Im guessing sms would Be the only possibility for trying to match up the rear seat material? If anyone has found seat covers or material to have them made I’d love to find out where??
The door with the vinyl insert On passenger side Matches the rear panels In material so I’m thinking that’s the original.
great info. Appreciate it.
