Another month down. Temps are dropping. I still hate cold.
Thomas dropped off his truck this evening & we've pulled off the hood.
If all goes well, he'll drive out Sunday.

Fantastic Taco Tuesday Eve Mississippi, David, Mike and crew. Hope everyone is having a great start to October.

P.S. Not a fan of cold either but when working outside cool/cold is far better than hot! Too bad back in the day that we didn't put up hay in the winter! LOL Bur being retired for the second time and taking this winter off from working (something I haven't done since I was 14) I don't really care for once! LOL
Hope you had a great start to the week and didn't have any "hold By Beer" moments over the weekend!

Thanks Rod, nice of you to visit.
The engine is a crate belonging to member Thomas, f1504x4driver. Its' been here getting dressed/detailed & finally got stuffed & bolted down tonight.
We had a couple drawbacks & it didn't get completed due to high dirt/ grime concentrations from the truck's near quarter million mile life.
Had to do some clean up.
T, lucky dog he is, is heading out for Cruising The Coast tomorrow which my lovely wife Terri & are having to miss this year for multiple reasons.
He sez he'll send pics. I just hope the harry-cane stalls or slows before it's Friday/Saturday arrival.

Taco Tuesday! That sounds like a great idea for lunch.
My next door neighbor went to Crusin' again this year. I hope he (and everyone else) finds a way to stay out of the wind and rain.
I'm like you David..... I hope that joker peters out before it gets to the coast.

I bet you are tired of them "hurry-cains" we have been luck in WV so far this season and they have not pushed this far north. The last one did give us some rain on the wrap-around the day it headed to sea off VA. But the rain was nothing bad. We needed it!
I hope Thomas does send some pictures of the cruse. I enjoyed the pictures from last year.

We shall see what Delta intends to do to us.... BUT, from the weather last night, it looks like Louisiana could take the biggest hit.
I feel sorry for those folks. A lot of the ones over near Lake Charles are still in the dark. My nephew is over there cutting trees off people's houses. They have a LOT of work ahead of them.
