Starting issue.
I have a 2014 F-150 XLT SuperCrew, 5.0, Auto, and 4x4. All stock.
Im having a weird starting issue where if I turn the key to start, it will crank over 3 times, and stop, when I try it again, it will start right up. I've had the battery, starter, and alt checked and they were good. I've checked the #27 fuse and it looks good to go. Not sure what else to look at? I have a video of what it does. No CEL.
Any help would be appreciated.

Fuel pressure bleeds to zero once truck is off. The fuel pressure is dictated by the FPDM and only accessible through mode 6.
