Starting issue
Starting issue
I left an accessory plugged in and drained my battery. So I tried to start it with the 75 amp jump start on my battery charger. Tried 5-6 times and it wouldn't start. My neighbor pulled up and jumped me. All good. The next 2 days truck started just fine. Now today I've noticed that I have to keep the key turned to the start position much longer, like it doesn't want to catch. Everything sounds normal, like it's not the battery. Volts look good too. Any ideas? Could my battery charger have possibly damages my starter?
Thanks

I would start by checking the voltage/strength of the battery. If the battery is weak, it could affect the computer/firing.
If it passes, disconnect the battery for about 20 minutes, reconnect it, and try starting it. Just to reset the computer.

Always recharge a battery at first opportunity, a jump start won't hurt anything, is just a way to get home in an emergency. It's real hard on the alternator though, internal stator damage is common.
