I like the black paint idea! But no joy. They told me the new smog procedure is to tap the IC headers with a screwdriver or something to see if they are plastic or metal. Metal is a fail.
The evil is getting smarter.
Luckily I sold the Mishimoto to a guy who registers his truck in AZ. No need to pass smog.
