Snow stage 3 boost cooler

I have a stock 2006 6.0 and I'm adding a snow performance stage 3 boost cooler meth kit. Can anyone recommend the 2 nozzle sizes I should be using? I have #3,5,&6 stamped nozzle sizes.

I would like to know why some of the people recommend to run water only?
I can see cost as one reason. Also I can see adding some during the winter if
your in an area that has freezing weather or your driving in a place that is cold enough.

I ran water only because of the cost. According to Snow Performance you were supposed to get up to 40hp by running water only and lower your EGT's at the same time. That's why I did it.
