Approached him at the Nat's in Knoxville ,Tn. 2007 about maybe carrying this item in his catalog inventory .. He immediately suggested changes to each style of boot as I had both w/ me . He couldn't even identify them as to what they were !! So we didn't hit it off . . His loss . Then on Nov. of same yr. went to the Turkey Rod Run in Daytona w/ one of each boot to source out a vendor to maybe carry them . Visited all the FORD truck parts after market people . Mid West Early Ford . & 6 others . No one was interested . Last people were NPD out of Ocala .. Scott was at the booth , looked at them & said " We like one off items , we'll carry them " Just like that so NPD is the only people I will deal w/ . When we in Ocala for the AACA Winter Nat's in 2019 ( scored 377 out of 400 points for a 1st Jr. ) they took the pics of the truck for the catalog & we had the honor of viewing Jim & Rick Schmidt's 250 car Ac /climate controlled indoor collection . No words to describe it . Main words from me as we walked around were WOW !!!
