Culpability increases with reckless promotion.

Someday I may be in a group therapy session and others will say ‘Yes, that FTN also pushed me over the edge!’ I started with gateway mods like zoodad, air filter and muffler delete, then a chip and another chip, then more tunes for that chip. Eventually, I upgraded injectors and turbo...........’

FTN did you ever happen to talk to them about the mechanical version? I'm a cheapass, just wondering if there were any factors that pushed you towards the electronic version besides the exhaust brake. I think I could use an auxiliary adjustable throttle cable like is often used in rock crawlers and trucks with PTOs to have a sort of crude exhaust break.

Yes, I did. As you said, one of my main goals was to retain the EBPV/Exhaust Brake function. As it turns out, the electronic version makes tuning the response of the turbonator a whole lot easier and more precise. In addition, the Turbonator’s own drive and boost pressure sensors makes it very easy to keep an eye on what’s going on with the turbo. If you go the auxiliary cable route, you will have to figure out some way to disconnect/overcome the mechanical actuator.

Isn't that an event at the GTG's and tech days at the ranch? I know there are "sessions" where we get pretty deep into discussing new, old and ridiculous ideas.

Almost all of us know you are simply supporting a product you believe in. You are happy to share your thoughts on the product, be it good, bad or indifferent. We do appreciate it sir!

Never get high on your own supply... I think that would apply to SSJ based on his experience with 7.3L's and sound advice.

You may have missed a new name I gave him in the turbo thread. Ford_Truck_kNowsstuff

Is it bad we’re having to dip into the second letter for these nicknames now?

Yikes. I can barely keep up with all these names you guys are coming up with.

And @BA86f250 , there is only one solution: Compound Turbonators

Well, it's not like we're on different race teams If that were the case, everything would be top secret and hush hush. We, however, are on FTE and this place is all about sharing knowledge.
