Trailering Connection

I know this isnt exactly diesel related but I seem to get more effective responses here than on the bullnose forum. So anyways here's my question. I bought one of those brake controllers from NAPA and I wanted to know if a 1985 F250 would have the preconnect plug under the dash or if I have to wire it myself? I only have the 4 way plug at the moment but I also got a 7/4 way combo unit too add also

You're on your own for the wiring, these trucks weren't configured.
