I should have been more clear, I meant that it only does a partial regen due to shutting the truck down before it's finished or dropping below the average speed required. If this happens it doesn't resume when you start driving again, it waits until it's full.
Most will say just drive it and not worry about. Certainly nothing wrong with doing that, I'm just the type that likes to know and doing an OCR in my driveway sure does get the adrenalin going!
OCR definitely gets the adrenaline going. I did one in the driveway last week and my neighbours weren’t happy. Lol. I’m on the highway a lot so I try to avoid doing an OCR because I know within a few days, I’m going on a 60mile plus highway burn so I turn Auto back on and hit the road. Two birds with one stone. There are still the odd times that I have to do an OCR though.
I have to say, you are killing it with your answers 👍

Average mileage has been the 19.1mpg. The only thing I should mention is the fact the truck was filled by the dealer with Biomass Diesel at delivery and I just filled up again with it because its very common here.
There is no DPF range. I think you are looking at the DEF range. 👍

To make changes with forscan, the Bluetooth one won’t work (unless something has changed in the last few months). You will need the ELM327 adapter with HS/MS can switch. Here is the one I use. You can only monitor with the Bluetooth ones.
I have been using the OBD MX Link+ since I started using Forscan 7ish months ago) and I have made all my changes using it. I think this was an issue with the previous version but this current one works. I have changed quite a bit of things on mine using only this adapter.
I'll kick off a new thread if not applicable here.........Is there a tutorial or write up specific to the 2020 Gen-3 6.7L on how to activate the DPF percentage screen? I've ordered the bluetooth OBD MX Link+ adapter and downloaded the paid version of ForScan Lite app.

So while that app is handy, you have to use a laptop to make changes such as enabling the DPF screen. I can't speak to the 2020's as far as if the current spreadsheet of changes will work. Forscan has made it much easier though to change things, it's pretty straightforward whereas before you had to manipulate codes. Once you get your adapter if you PM me I can send you screen shots on how to make the change👍🏻

Thanks CPO........while having a drink at the moment, my inner voice is telling me to leave the "As Built" area alone and just enjoy the truck while "passively" monitoring it. If I didn't have bad luck with getting in the "cyber/programming weeds", I'd have no luck at all. I'll still ask the dealer tech if he can activate the screen, but if not, "se la vie" Thanks Again and back to "lurking Mode" ;-) ;-)
Why are you posting pixs of your DEF gauge? That has nothing to do with a regen. Your truck injects diesel fuel into the exhaust during a regen.
DEF is constantly being squirted into the SCR.
CPO, Good Afternoon. No, I've been keeping a close eye on the instant MPG screen and after seeing a couple of posts saying their regen hit around the 600 mile mark and sure enough, mine hit at 599 miles and saw the instant MPG go down significantly.
