270 km x .62 =167.4 miles
66 litres divide by 4.54 = 14.53 gallons imperial
.62 and 4.54 are the constants. times .62 by km's to get miles and litres divide by 4.54 = imp gallons

Here's one of many online conversion tools.
Fuel Economy conversion online.
With this one you take the fuel used(66l) and divide it by how many hundreds of kilometers travelled(2.7) to get 24.4l/100kms. Enter that into the first line and hit convert and you have 9.64mpg US.. which is the only meaningful number you need to know for comparison purposes. I hope this is a big block truck.. if not you're a lead foot or you got problems.

Wow.. what year is the truck and what's been done to the motor? I'm thinking you should be able to do better than that if it's in good runnig order.

or:
17.435 gallons u.s = 14.53 gallons imp.
comes out to 9.62 mpg in the u.s.
