just needs to be level when you fill and check i drove my F150 on ramps changed it and pushed it back off onto level ground filled started checked for leaks drove rechecked and refilled
why do you need to jack it up? its a 250 so you should be able to slide under it with no problem at stock height. only time i jack mine up is when it deals with anything touching the tires

All that fluid isn't going to come out all at once. I drain the torque converter first, then empty my black plastic catch pan. Then I do the trans pan. My latest pan is a cheap one made in Oklahoma, the company name starts with a "B", they make all the red plastic gas cans that Home Depot sells. I got it at O'reilly, or maybe it was Autozone.
