Fuel injectors....

If any of you remember I had a faulty ICP sensor and replaced it with the Ford part and not the generic one I had. Now I am getting faulty injectors on cylinder 1, 3, and 7... never had those codes before. All three at once through Forscan lite. Seems odd that all 3 would go bad at one time, what else would cause this? My FICM is a constant 13.5 volts FLP or better and 49 volts FMP... any help would be appreciated! Also, anyone know a good shop in Columbus ohio for these 6.0s?
The EBP sensor is unplugged and why I get that code...

3 (or all 4) on one side is frequently due to one or more injector(s) allowing combustion gas to leak back into the fuel system and thus affecting all of them on that side.

so, should I replace all 3, or even #5 and do all 4 on one side, or is there another issue i should be looking at, or how to diagnose the problem?

Do a cranking bubble test. Remove the secondary fuel filter cap and filter. Make sure that there is a decent fuel level in the bowl. Then crank with the starter solenoid wire jumpered to the passenger (+) battery terminal (key out of the ignition).

ok, I know where the jumper wire is, and I will remove the cap and filter from the engine compartment, but what does the bubble test do? What should I be looking for? Sorry, I am trying to learn...

If you get bubbles coming up from the standpipe (some people remove it) then that means an injector (or several) are allowing combustion gas to flow backwards into the fuel rail. That restricts the actual fuel flow to all injectors on that side.

There are videos of it on youtube if you do a search. IIRC, I think smackdaddy did a video on it.

It was Pete.

If you get bubbles, pull one glow plug at a time and repeat the bubble test again. When you reach the problem cylinder the bubbles stop, no compression.
