What's wrong
I have a 1995 PSD f350. Shifts horribly. Speedometer and odometer and cruise control doesn't work. It shifts very hard and/or high rpms to shift. But h tachometer works and everything else in dash cluster works great. ???HELP Please!!!!???

For the shifting issues, I’d start by checking the transmission fluid.


For the other issues, I’d start with checking the fuses

There is a sensor in the rear axle. It sends input for the speedometer. If it is not working it can cause the symptoms you are describing.

Most likely VSS or PSOM. With the speedo & odo not working, I would lean towards the PSOM.
