No idea what that is. But, almost anything is better than tunes from an OBD2 programmer.
Hydra with PHP tuning library is about $325 and if you are happy about what you have now - you will LOVE this.

100% throttle at 50% pedal is a stupid trick early tuners used to make people think their truck has ‘more power’.
Often they increase transmission line pressure and make hard shifts. Also annoying and harmful to boot.
High EGT’s are common too.

I definitely agree with Sky ski, get a hydra oh, you won't regret it. It will open up a whole new world of possibilities for your truck. If you want something easier to install there are the edge products that plug directly into your OBD2 port

does the hydra allow you to adjust tire size?

No. But that can be done with a pro scan tool like AE, Snap-on, etc. We go into ABS module to change tire size.

Forscan does and we have a video and write up in the
7.3L PSD Tech Folder detailing how to accomplish this task.

Get egt and boost gauges before you put any tuning on a 7.3 or any other diesel, very important.

I do have a fuel pressure gauge and a boost gauge. I will look into getting a pillar pod to add the extra EGT gauge. Been wanting that anyway...

An EGT gauge is the single most important gauge that can be installed on our truck.
The fuel pressure provides good to know information and may help identify an issue with the fuel system, but it is not essential. A boost gauge is fun to watch and also provides good to know information, but is not essential.
The EGT gauge provides critical information based on how your truck is running. I in no way shape or form would run a tuner device or chip in my PCM without an EGT gauge. As a matter of fact, several years ago I installed gauges in my truck with a few other fun things and ran it that way for about a month before installing the Hydra I had sitting on my work bench.
Although, my goals and aspirations of efficiency, reliability and longevity for my truck do not line up with some others, so do as you wish sir.
