We actually had to men wearing scrubs going door to door wanting in to do a Corona virus testing. In a little town just North of us and one just a little ways South. I stopped by Walgreens on North Tenth they had TP, limit 2, so what was everyone doing? Grabbing 2 little White haired lady's over 70, retired living with their husband or Widowed. Do they really need 18 Jumbo rolls of TP.

My wife and I both have jobs that require us to work through this. So we are enjoying the lack of traffic on the roads and the relative quiet we had before subdivisions began to encroach. But work is a little more stressful as many people are beginning to act really stupid, more so than usual.

This will pass, as does many a crisis. Many of us have lived through a few. This one is weird, but every crisis is in it's own way. Soon enough we will have all be but a bad memory.

I just got an email from Fidelity Investments containing this tidbit.
Our latest perspective
While the global health crisis and increasing clampdown on public activity make it difficult to forecast the length and magnitude of this correction, our latest Fidelity Viewpoints® offers signs that there may be light at the end of the tunnel.

Well, of course this is temporary. The only question is how long. If people act responsibly, we might only need to clamp down on things for a few weeks. If people act irresponsibly, it could be a few months. Then the question will be how long it takes to get back to some semblance of normal. I'm afraid that businesses operating on thin margins may not survive.

I think I’ll watch the movie “28 Days Later” and “28 Weeks Later” this weekend.

The latter, in my opinion is better.

This is a rather long and technical read, but it makes some good points:

I’m getting cabin fever, I guess. Anyways, been hearing that unconscious touches of the hands to the face or eyes results in many catching the virus.
So I decided to create a mask to prevent that from happening.
Safety First out there, guys!
