4x4 not workin

Your 99 does not have a 4x4 module like the later years do.
You are in luck though! A couple of months back another member was having trouble with his 4x4. The FTE community came together in an effort to help him out. The Ford service manual pinpoint test was uploaded to the 7.3L PSD Tech Folder and can be found under the "Axles & Hubs" header.
There are two parts for the MY 2000 ESOF Diagnosis because of the file sizes.
