The actual seat does; but you need the parts that bolt to the floor of your truck. So take the tracks off your seat and transfer those to any seat '73-'96.

when you say “transfer”, are you saying the old track directly fits newer seats? Or is there implied fabrication in that transfer?
NorEaster603,
I used a 1994 Ford F-Series bench seat that has the folding down center arm rest along with head rest, both features is what I was after (comfort / safety). You'll need to re-use your oem bench seat frame and re-mount a new seat to your original frame. The 1994 Ford bench seat I used mounted very easily onto my 77 F-150 OEM seat frame and I don't recall having to drill any additional holes.
Richard,
You're welcome and appreciate the interior compliant. Believe in using my trucks and stuff, but take care of them.
Did you notice the 1/2" aluminum pieces in the picture on the floor, I used one piece between the floor board and seat frame mounting bolt to raise the seat up just enough for me to stow a few things underneath it.

No seat belt modification required.
Ive been thinking about doing this because the 87/96 trucks have the removable cup holders. I like the large cup holder with pocket in the front instead of the tiny one cup holder.... Would you have room to still put that in? I too have a manual 4x4 so the two sticks might get in the way.
Fordguy2100,
I haven't had any issue shifting my transfer case lever with the cup holder installed. But keep in mind that I have the seat back about 3/4 toward the rear. If a person needs the seat all the forward, the cup holder might get in the way of shifting the transfer case lever, I just haven't tried it, since I don't drive with my seat all the forward. The 1994 Ford F-Series bench seat came with a cup holder, but I changed it for one I got out of my local junk yard from a 2010 Ford Ranger, both mount in the same place, on the front of the seat, in the middle.
I used to have the fuel tank behind the seat, but I removed it and that was after I installed the 1994 Ford F-Series Bench Seat. Even with the fuel tank behind the 1994 seat and my seat 3/4 to the rear, I didn't experience any transfer case shift lever problems, though my 77 F-150 isn't a sought after Highboy.
