Im trying to chase down what i think is an injector on its way out, i took the ol' laser temp gun to my manifolds and everything was withing 15 degrees of each other, except for cylinder #1 & #3... #3 read like 30 degree lower than the others, and #1 read about 80 degrees lower.. Anyone think i need two new injectors? (Im going to replace all 8 rather than just 2). Anything else i should be checking? I plan to remove valve covers and check injector oil spouts to see if all 8 are spewing oil out, ive got a new ICP sensor ready to go in, new fuel pump ready to go in.. Cold starts it smokes blue for the first mile or two after a 5-10 min idle warm up. Oils in the exhaust as well .... Help! Thanks. '95 F350 7.3
Have you checked the wiring plugs to the valve covers, and the under cover harnesses for melting? It could be a wiring problem rather than an injector issue, as these injectors get an electrical signal when to fire. How many miles on your injectors?

I can only guess they're all the originals, 215k miles
I haven't used his premium injector rebuild kit but have shimed many injectors and all have worked great.
Thanks man, that’s great news!
EDIT - Just watched one of his videos, doesn’t actually look like too bad of a job. I think I might try this before replacing my injectors and put that money towards eFuel
