Coolant leak

I have a recently purchased 1997 F-250 4x4 ext cab. I changed the coolant, hoses, thermostat, thermostat gasket and serpentine belt. I now have a coolant leak. It’s not coming from any of the hoses or from the thermostat filler neck area. It runs down from the top someplace and past the oil pan just past the harmonic balancer. Could my original (223k) water pump be the culprit? Maybe the new belt, coolant and hoses was too much for the old girl? Thanks

99% of the time coolant on balancer is water pump.

Stuff happens when you flush systems sometimes.
