So for starters, myshifting is off. Im in park with the light off but it looks more towrds neutral. When trying to reverse or drive it gets stuck as if it slipped into neutral. I let iff the gas and i can feel it slip into place. But when I come to a stop it does it too. And its not consistent. It doesnt always do it. So i cant pull out quick cause I'm not sure if my truck will move or not. I waa thinking it was my tranny going but not convinved that my transmission is slipping.

With the mileage showing on the odometer, did the problem come about slowly over time, or suddenly after some event???
With this mileage you might have more than one problem, so using the owner manual procedure, have you checked the tranny fluid level & condition??? Has the tranny fluid & filter ever been replaced???
Have you checked the shifter cable & connections all the way to the tranny range selector switch on the side of the tranny, back about under the drivers side seat, to see if all is well with those items?
Have you used a scan tool that's able to scan the tranny computer / controller for trouble code clues that might be able to help focus your trouble shoot, in case you have more than one problem. Post All code Numbers.
