I am just trying to figure out if what I am seeing on my values is normal, or if I should be concerned. I did the head gaskets about 2 months ago and everything is running good, except for my radiator leak. Anyways, I have noticed when I let the truck sit for more than a few hours my IPR % gets to almost 85% on cranking. It is just a quick spike then it drops back down to like around 40% on a cold start up. When it is warm it idles around 23%. If it has been run for a while and I shut it off for like 20 to 30 minutes the value only gets up to 40% or so.
I dont have any crank no start situations. When cold it starts in about 3 seconds and warm 2 seconds.
After your quick spike in IPR %, it shouldn't go above 40%. Sounds like you are right there. The warm idle number looks good to me.
How cold is it when you say "3 seconds for a cold start"? Mine starts quicker than that in cold weather, but the coldest weather here is around 30 degrees.
