P0470 and no boost

So my ‘06 is showing P0470 Exhaust Pressure Sensor code, and is not making any boost. We just pulled the turbo apart to clean the vanes, reassembled everything and now this. I have read about cleaning the sensor, checking the wiring to it, etc., but I have not read about the no boost issue accompanying it. So really my question is, am I chasing just one problem, the pressure sensor code, or could I be chasing two (or more) separate issues (sensor and another causing the no boost)? Thanks in advance or any insights.

Verify MAP, EBP, and Baro are all reading the same at KOEO.

Inspect the EBP sensor connector and wiring.

Most (not all) of the time a P0470 is solved by a new EBP sensor.

Pull the EBP tube completely off exhaust manifold and thermostat and clean her out really well as well as the sensor. The turbo needs this value to operate correctly.
