Well, it’s time to wrap up this thread. I have some little projects (which will always come up) but the truck is otherwise done.
I can’t thank all of you guys enough for the advice, encouragement, opinions, and community! Not sure a project like this can be done without this forum.
I watched your video and am surprised that you are having a problem with the tilt hood kit.
I've had both and the tilt hood is far superior to the original hinges.

I think his problem is the re-popped hood, needs to be drawn in from the sides..
If it's too wide I doubt switching over to the original hinges will fix the problem..do you have any pictures of it when you had it on the truck?
I had the same problem with the hood on my panel and what I did was added adjustable rods to pull the sides in..
My hood was a bit wide as well. One one side I cut a slice in the stiffener, where 56panelford has his braces, 'The pulled it in and rewelded the stiffener. problem solved.
nice Truck, nice Video with some interesting information. I have the TCI IFS too but not the Mustang2 than their custom IFS and i have the No Limit 4 link also. So i´m curious how it will ride, hopefully soon.

I like the adjustable braces. It gives you options to make the hood fit perfectly.
