You can either pull the FICM relay and crank with the key or use that starter solenoid wire. By using the key and yanking the relay, the IPR valve will remain energized and put the maximum flow of oil to the oil rail to purge the air out sooner (thus minimizing wear on the starter if nothing else).

To help the system out...pour oil in each injector before sticking oil rail back on, fill the oil rails with oil through the plugs before replacing valve covers, fill the oil up through your oil fill tube until the last gallon then top off through your oil filter housing. This will give you a jump start on priming the HPO system.
