A local Napa may be open on Sunday. That is where I purchased my adapter. Don’t have the part number handy, be prepared to get gouged as usual at Napa. Don’t forget the clamps unless your welding it up.

That's a much better fit than what I initially rec'd from CSD. Even the second version isn't that good I think, but yes, you'll have an easy connection to make there

Even a Pep Boys or something like that may have what you need.

Also, I agree with SRBF150 that CSD seems to have ironed out even the smallest of issues. My down pipe lined up with the exhaust really well, but from that angle yours appears to be perfect.

Great pictures and comments, keep them coming.

Mine was far, far from being that easy.

Nice write up. I could use all the rubber fitting on the red and green lines. Mine are toast. Don't know who sells them. I know RR sells the lines but not the fitting I believe.

A piece of old wet exhaust tube from a boat will work as a drivers side intercooler protector.

Drivers side intercooler protection installed.

Backed out picture of the protective sleeve location.

My IC pipe on the driver side had about 3/8" clearance at that part, but I put a protector on to make me feel better about it.

Mine actually was touching it but not a lot of pressure.

You're welcome to the part FR double E if you want? I just need a little time to make sure this SXE project works out.

You should get the upper radiator hose that goes around the outside of the belt.

You may want to consider replacing the boot that goes to the turbo on that pipe with the boot Sous used. You can find a part # on his parts list. I could not get mine to stay on, it kept blowing off. Sounds like a shotgun blast when it pops off. I think that’s the only complaint I have about the CSD kit, although it could be just me that experienced this problem.

The boot that Sous used is out of stock at that vendor.

It is just a 5" long 3" x 2.5" boot. As seen in the video I made I cut a bit off so a 4" would probably work.

I am sure Amazon or somewhere else will have them in stock.
