Best I can remember all the side to side is taken up in the side channel seals. It's just a square plastic glide running in the window track. The center hole as well as the outside may have excessive wear and it's possible that adds additional movement in the window. But that part can free pivot, so whether it's tight in the track or not the window can pivot around that connection and rock side to side. Who'd you buy the new window seals from?
Lmc is where the seals came from. I got an aftermarket kit and replaced the manual windows with electric. And the kit came with the new square guide. I'm just curious if there is a way to adjust the side trac inside the door
Ok, I read your posts again. Sounds like it's not swinging smoothly through it's arc when rolled down, does it pause for a second on the way down and take off again? Did you by chance add any lubricant to the square guide and track? On other thing, the guide may be rectangular and one side fits tighter than the other, honestly I can't remember.
Nylon window roller (23240 in pic) attaches to the window regulator (23200 manual / 23208 power) on one end, the other end fits into the window channel (21458) that the glass is adhered to.
The roller breaks, the window binds up or falls down to the bottom of the door.
I cant remember from last week before the door panels went on if the vent window divider (22296 above) is adjustable or not but I know the rear guide (222A00 above) is adjustable.
You will need to remove the door panel to get access to the channel bolts.
