Ok so I have my 78 custom f150 and it has the sling window with the metal trim on the back. Everything is fine with the window but the seals between the sliding Windows and the stationary windows are bad. Anyone know now to replace them? If it's possible?
If you are talking about the roll up door window and the wing vent, then yes, they aren't bad to replace. That call them "anti-rattle kits". There are lots of good threads on this forum to walk you through it. DC, Broncograveyard and LMC all have them on their websites. So do several other places. It's worth the effort. Took me about 2 hours to do both sides and that including taking the wing vent entirely out of the doors, drilling out the rivets on the window regulator, and putting everything back together.
