So I'm starting to reassemble bedside mouldings and I have the thin narrow trim. I'm assuming the clips for wide and narrow trim are different and I also assume that the narrow trim clips are about as hard to come by as the narrow trim itself as it's not reproduced yet. Anybody know for sure if the wide trim and narrow trim clips are different?
Yes, the clips are different between the narrow and vinyl moulding.
Here's what you need for one side of the narrow moulding:
1) D2OZ-71425A94-A clip
1) 55946-S screw
7) D3TZ-16A076-A clip (2 use 38947-S nut and 5 use 45271-S nut)
11) D3TZ-9929318-A clip
1) D3TZ-16A076-B clip
1) D3TZ-9929318-B

I appreciate it! Found some on eBay and wanted to make sure before I buy any if I need them that they would be suitable. I have 99% of the clips just wanted to make sure I was thinking right that the vinyl and narrow took different sizes. Thanks again!
Yes the normal/way more common and easy to acquire wide "dent" trim with the black strip moulding itself and the mounting hdwr is and easy locate. The thin "trim" only and the completely different mount hdwr is hard to locate. Like maybe some on here has some, but I have never seen it reproduced. Long or short bed?

It’s for the 73 long bed Rich...I was hoping maybe you’d have a stash somewhere with all those FORD tailgate center panels you hoard
Thanks Bill...looks like the junkyard or someone’s backyard is the only go-to in this situation
I may have some spare thin trim clips in my toolbox. I'll check when I get back home tomorrow or Monday if I forget lol
I only would have a few, I just sold a thin piece off the driver fender a while back but I think the clips are in my tool box

Perfect! I think I only need a few if any lol. Seems like I was maybe missing one or two when I pulled it all off 2 years ago...but I’ve seen every inch of this truck laying on the shop floor at some point so it’s hard telling what I know I have and what I think I have...
