Here is the first 06 6.0 that I bought back in 2011. My Father-N-Law has it now. He pulled over on a recent trip to snap a pic the mileage and the truck. With the exception of a Sinister EGR cooler with the welded tubes and a coolant filter, it is bone stock.

Congrats --- maybe some of the tuner users out there will sit up and take notice. Can't believe people use tuners in the first place (dumber than dirt IMHO) --- asking for trouble, period, exclamation point.............

217k on my tuned 6.0L. No issues except for standard type maintenance items. It is studded and has the BPD EGR cooler. Been my most reliable vehicle to date (including the 1997 7.3L and my 6.9L).

I'm still a Newbee but that's mine July 19th. 19. We're at 101,724 miles today.

Actually yes. See the speedo. I was driving through a small town and didn't want to screw up. My wife wanted to know WTH I was doing.

It all depends on how you do it. Hell, when I was running that 6.0 with not only tunes, but Stage I injectors, 64mm turbo, I still had a functioning EGR and no issues with the cooler. I've seen a lot of people do dumb things with bone stock trucks and some do dumb things with just tunes. I've actually seen people use tuners to de-tune the truck (granted that doesn't happen much). All in how you do it.
