I wasn't able to see the picture in your other thread until I switched devices - I'm not sure they're the same style.
In the picture you posted, it looks like your kit relocates the oil to coolant factory cooler.
If so, it will still need to be flushed eventually (sooner if you relocated the one you had or later if you installed a new one).

This is the one I bought:
https://www.bulletproofdiesel.com/bu...p/90408000.htm
If yours is the same style (with the oil to air cooler), you can disregard my concern.
I just didn't want to steer you wrong on the deltas - with the style I installed, they don't matter any more.
With the style in your picture, they still matter (but they're more convenient to deal with when it comes time to flush or replace).

I did the BPD oil cooler relocation were it relocates the factory cooler behind the passenger side battery but I didn't know I could still flush the cooler in that setup I just thought I'd have to change it once it starts to plug up. However it is a brand new cooler.

You should be good to go for a while then.
If you don't already have a coolant filter, you may want to consider adding one. They keep your coolant much cleaner and collect up the small particulates that clog up the OEM oil to air cooler over time.

I do have a filtration system installed but long story short I put a new oil cooler in about 2 weeks ago Deltas were about 11 degrees difference well seal didn't take on the cooler cover so I got really mad lol and that's when I decided to do the BPD kit used the same cooler which was only a week old at that time and this was all after I got my system flushed my Deltas are actually further appart now 15 to 16 degrees difference but guy's on here in another thread I posted were telling me that because I took the cooler out of the block and relocated it the Deltas no longer matter.

To clarify:
Oil to air cooler- delta does not apply.
Oil to coolant cooler- delta does apply, no matter where it is located.

So why are my Deltas worse now with the BPD setup? It's a brand new cooler before the BPD mod my Deltas were about 11 degrees difference now there 15 to 16 degrees difference same cooler but like I said it's only 2 weeks old.

One of two:

During the coolant drain process, debris was released that got captured by the new cooler.

The relocation plumbing causes a lowering of efficiency, probably flow losses.

You'd have to see what others who have done that relocation kit have found. Or put in another new cooler and see if it improves.

Well maybe I better call Bulletproof Diesel and talk to a tech.
