I2019 intermittent start failure
About 1 time in 10 this truck will do nothing with key turned to the start position, when this happens I have noticed the glow plug and engine light does not come on when key is in on position , a few cycles of the key will start

What you are going to have to do in this case is record it when it happens. Dealer can't duplicate is often the result unless it happens to them.
Nothing will ever get resolved until they either review a video or give you a data recorder to use for a few days.
