Thermactor Air Pump removal question

My bearing is going out on mine and I need to replace the pump. I know it can be deleted but I am absolutely not going that route. I replaced the one on my 4.9 several years ago but the 7.5 looks congested. My question is what is the proper way or sequence to do this job with the truck in my sig? I don't want to go through removing stuff I don't need to or make errors that cause issues. I can do it but I would appreciate any tips (except delete) that will make this R&R as smooth as possible. I started to dig into it but I thought screw the pride and ask for advice from the more knowledgeable folks here. Thanks in advance. Sandy

It appears there are only two bolts to remove and the hoses. Is this correct? Since I have two drive belts do you just loosen the alternator at the bracket to remove the pump?
