Chassis rust
I have rust all over the chassis of my 02 f250, it’s flaking but I can’t poke any holes through it and the inside looks rather clean, what would be the best way to go about this? Could I get away with using just an angle grinder? Or should have it sandblasted? What products should I use when putting a powder coat on it? Another question, I’m looking to put some 35s on it, would it be better to level it or lift it? What size level or lift kit?

Only if it’s really really bad. Generally the front stays in better shape because it gets covered in more oil and grease. I’ll look out for some pics
