Rear Diff Fluid

Hi all, Is this an acceptable oil for my truck and would I need extra friction modifier?
Has the 3L Code 10.5" LS diff from what I understand.
Thanks

That should be ok since it has the LS friction modifier mixed in with the gear lube. If you get some chatter as you turn corners, you can always add some more fricition modifier.

Can’t see why you’d need anything but that. Friction modifier included.

I didn't need to add modifier to it in my 3.73 LS rear end. No chatter. But like @Just Strokin said, if it chatters, then add some.

Dear Watsy,
Should work out just fine. I'm not a synthetic guy tho. I have had clutch chatter before and even added extra friction modifier. Still had the problem after 500 miles of " break-in period ". But I have read everyone's comments and to each their own. But like they said if you do get chatter add extra friction modifier and you should be just fine. I recommend Ford friction modifier for all clutch type lockers doesn't matter what its going in. That stuffs the best. Good Luck.
