Pulling out?

I have pulled and re-installed the factory turbo several times with out much trouble. However, I recently installed DieselsSites 4" Wicked Ball Bearing turbo. When I installed it the first time, it was less than cooperative. Then it become a battle of chasing boost leaks. I replaced the intake plenum boots, because as far as I know they were original, 16 years old with almost 230,000 miles on them. I already had the plenum reinforcing inserts, so I also upgraded to T-bolt clamps for those boots. Then it seems the problem may have been the worm drive V-clamp that connects the turbo to the manifold. It just doesn't seem to tighten right anymore. So I will be putting this back in with a new clamp and engine out so I can make damn sure everything is lined up right and clamped down good.
