I'm thinking about installing one of their Hydra units on my truck, have recently replaced my tranny with an A1 bulletproof 4R100 and had some questions about their tunes as it relates to this box. I called them Monday, left a voicemail and got no response. I emailed them Tuesday and got no response. Today on my way back from picking up my truck I stopped by their office in Pendergrass Ga, the place was empty and the building was for sale. Does anyone know how to get in touch with them and where the heck they are?
Well, I was going to recommend that since you are so close to their storefront to stop by. But, you already did that...
I did some research and came across their Facebook page. I ended up sending them an instant message because all of the posts were recent and did not indicate closing the business down.
Below is a copy and paste of the conversation I had with them. It took less than a minute for them to respond to my instant message.

@2:49 PM Sous wrote: Perhaps my GPS led me astray because the building was empty and there was a For Sale sign on the door. I will use Google Maps next time and stop by soon to discuss some transmission tuning I am looking at on a 7.3 diesel truck. Thank you for the quick response!
Second post because I could not get the 1st one to format properly after pasting the conversation with PHP.
I suspect that the website and Facebook page will be updated with the new location once they are fully set up there. I also suspect they are crazy busy moving everything and just have not had time to get back to you.
You may not have a Facebook account (I have a dummy one that I use for classifieds and what not), but if you have any family members that do, you could utilize that resource to get in touch with PHP. They were very quick to respond as you can see and the times that I have been to the shop (somewhat local to me as well) they have been respectful.
Thanks Sous, I stay off Facebook so I didn't try that route. I sent them a message on their web page at https://gopowerhungry.com/contact/ and have gotten no reply. The door was locked, the lights out, at around 12:00 noon so perhaps they were at lunch. There was one car in the lot and the door had their contact info, same as was on their web site, that hasn't worked for me. What address did you use to contact them?
I have a Facebook account with absolutely zero information on it other than Lake Hartwell, GA. I use this from time to time to sell or buy things in their marketplace. It is like using Craigslist, but a lot safer and more pinpointed to my location. Makes things a lot easier.
Anyway, I "Googled Power Hungry Performance closed" and the second link on Google was to their Facebook page which is the link below.
Since going back to the page, they responded to my last instant message with the following: No worries, Sous. I will say that our books are currently closed for custom tuning. We recommend AA Design or Jelibuilt for custom Hydra tunes. We may open the books up when we get settled in our new shop, but I don't have an ETA on that.
I didn't actually go to their address recently as I indicated in the instant message, I was going off what you had told us here on the FTE.
So, if you go to the Facebook page I linked above, you may be able to contact them as a guest via instant message. I have screenshot their Facebook page and put a big red arrow where the instant message feature is at. Try that, if it doesn't work, you have my contact details and I am certainly willing to help you get in touch with them if you want.
Just to close the loop here a bit for future readers.
I had an IM conversation on Facebook with PHP on Lewis50's behalf. I also asked about the new shop opening and they said it would be in Winder, GA (15 miles south of current location in Pedergrass, GA) and the phone number would remain the same. They would update both the PHP website and Facebook page with the new address when the brick and mortar shop was open again.
None of this surprises me. Looking at the logo, I see he also put a little money into having a professional artist work on his image. With any luck, Bill will get an office manager and stay at a keyboard. The Hydra is huge, and has brought Bill some badly-needed income after so many personal hardships.
