Help! Tuck has no power.

No I don’t have a pressure gauge but I dropped the fuel tank cleaned the screens a new fuel pump strainer new fuel filter, I’ll give backstory as to what happens— I was driving the truck home with trailer in tow on my way home 1 30 minutes then it almost seems like it stalled out I waited 30 minutes started it up and drove it home like nothing happened but now coming on two months later truck still has no power. Someone was trying to say cps but I’ve also been told everything from I need a new turbo to I need a tune people are clueless

Okay I suspected maybe the ipr before I bought my icp but I felt it would throw a code but I’m still fairly new so I’m still learning but besides the point could that cause me to have low power or maybe I’m just over looking a boost leak. And any way to test ipr without a good scanner? Thanks.
