rough idle and misfires

I have a 1988 F-250 460 V8 that has been having some issues running. When it first starts up cold it runs decently but it misfires a lot. As it warms up the idle gets really rough and sporatic and the idle lowers very low stammering and sputtering. once the engine is fully warmed up it eventually sputters out and completely stalls. I did a couple tests with the ford OBD1 computer scaner and here was the results. For the KOEO test I got codes 11(o), 10, 14(c), 96(c). Next I did a KOER and got codes 72(r), 13(r), 41(r), 22(r). I did these tests twice. KOEO tests came out the same. The KOER test, on my second try the engine died just after it started to send codes so I assume that I can disregard codes 22, and 72 because the engine had died by the time I tapped the throttle for that part of the test, and code 13 idle too low i believe is just a symptom of another underlying cause. I have a feeling it has something to do with the oxygen sensor or circuit. Any tips or suggestions on how to progress would be greatly appreciated.

11 means pass, I don't see how you can get an 11 and then get other codes after it. What do the letters in parentheses mean after the codes?

His KOEO (o) passed, the additional codes are the Continuous Memory codes (c) that display after the KOEO codes display.

(O) KOEO

(C) Continuous Memory

(R) KOER

Have you performed a complete tune-up?

Well, with the (C) 14 code, your PIP is suspect.

(R) 41 - The O2 sensor is a routine maintenance item and may need replacement. You may need to check the circuit path from the sensor connector back to the EECM pin # 29. There is a heater circuit in the O2 sensor, so you will want to check the voltage and ground at the sensor connector.

(C) 96 - Also, I recommend you replace your Fuel Pump and EEC Relays if they are original.

I already replaced the distributer with a new pip sender. What else in that system could be suspect. (The code has been cleared since replacement and has reappeared)

Rebuilt or new Distributor ?

How do you know the Hall-Effect sensor is new ?

How about the TFI Module ? New/Used ?

The distributor is new, not re-man, OEM. The TFI is original.
