Stalling motor

have a 1988 F-250 460 V8 that has been having some issues running. When it first starts up cold it runs decently but it misfires a lot. As it warms up the idle gets really rough and eventually dies. I did a couple tests with the ford OBD1 computer scaner and here was the results. For the KOEO test I got codes 11(o), 10, 14(c), 96(c). Next I did a KOER and got codes 72(r), 13(r), 41(r), 22(r). The KOER test, on my second try the engine died just after it started to send codes so I assume that I can disregard codes 22, and 72 because the engine had died by the time I tapped the throttle for that part of the test, and code 13 idle too low i believe is just a symptom of another underlying cause. Any tips or suggestions on how to progress would be greatly appreciated.
