Thanks for the reply. Not to cast aspersions on any companies, but was there a mechanical type or electric fuel pump? We're seeing lots of crappy imported mechanical fuel pumps that are sometimes wildly out of pressure specification. Just WAG-ing, but I wonder about the role of those things when I hear about engine fires.

I too have quite a bit of parts in my garage. I cant promise I will have what you need or if itll be in perfect condition but if you need some parts down the road just let me know and they are yours just pay shipping. Hope you can dive back into it soon with your son again.
