Deaver https://deaverspring.com/

Superlift https://superlift.com/ford-lift-kits

Skyjacker https://skyjacker.com/

Jack-it https://www.jackit.com/lift-kits/sus...d-f250-1341937

Rough Country https://www.roughcountry.com/suspens...lift-kits.html

Tuff country https://www.tuffcountry.com/

Rocky Mountain carries Rough Country and Skyjacker and might have free shipping?

Atlas is the only company that even has/offers a option to delete the rear OEM block all together. Even if you get a 6" lift kit (front leaf springs only) from Skyjacker (lift system means new replacement REAR leaf springs) you still have to reuse the OEM block.

Also time to think about factor in $$$ new rubber or poly bushings in your rear shackles. New u bolts, new shocks, longer brake lines. Skyjacker has the 3 steel braided ones. E brake cable drop bracket. Drop pitman arm, (F250?) adjustable steering link.

Your 77 an early one? Like HB early? If so your rear leaf spring are 2 1/4 wide and not like the late 77-79's that are 3". But your front are 3". Also your steering set up (Power Assist., Garrison or Bendix will probably have a different set up as far as what is needed for a lift kit.

I’m looking for a 6” or bigger. Sorry should have stated that earlier. I want to keep my rear blocks so I can have the added lift to clear 38”-40” tires.

I am trying to locate a web site that has BIG lifts like 8" and 10". What about a 6' and a 2" body lift? Cheaper way to go.

Skyjackers lift versus tire size. file:///C:/Users/Rich/Downloads/Tire...heel-Chart.pdf

So it says...66-77 F-250 High Boy 4WD 2” 38” 12.5” 16.5-20” 9.75” 3.75”
4” 40” 12.5” 16.5-20” 9.75” 3.75”
Any though of converting to a 78/79 steering set up? High steer or cross over? Also remember that much lift on a HB with a low pinion front D44..... you might need to drop the xfer case a bit and or get new longer d/s.

I’m actually will be installing HP Dana 60 from a 78-79 Ford. I’m aware of the steering changes that will be required.

Now would be the time to change to 3" wide springs in the rear. There are a lot more available in 3" and the ride will be a lot better.

If you are considering changing the spring hangers you might want to look into going to front and rear 99-04 super duty springs. They come in a huge amount of lift heights/options with more companies selling them than dentside springs.

X2, but If you're going through the work might as well get some 08+ super duty rear springs they're over 10" longer than our stock springs. Better ride, more flex.

That link redirects to tennesseespring.com and I didn't find a page that indicated they do leaf springs. What more can you share about them? Do they only do coil springs?
